Derailment in Stewart, WA

To All CEVA Customers,

Pacific National have advised that as of 01:20am this morning, another operator’s train derailed at Stewart WA.

As a result the mainline between Perth and Kalgoorlie has been closed. The derailment recovery team is heading to the site and at this stage there is no firm forecast regarding the restoration of the mainline. At this stage we believe no vehicles currently in our care have been damaged or involved in the incident.
