Please Note:

The cost to transport your vehicle/s is based on a standard model of the vehicle you have chosen. It must be drivable with a minimum ground clearance of 120mm and have no modifications or damages. Please make sure you have completed the Vehicle Checklist prior to your movement.

CEVA does not operate on public holidays, if you have selected a public holiday for drop-off or collection, we will do our best to provide a courtesy call to amend the date but CEVA is not responsible if the booking date is not amended. For a list of upcoming public holidays, please click here.

Transit days are estimates only and are based on business days (not including weekend or public holidays). 

All vehicles must be empty when travelling with CEVA. 

Tasmania and Western Australia have strict quarantine regulations to prevent introducing exotic pests, diseases, and weeds found in other Australian states and territories. If you are transporting a vehicle to either Tasmania or Western Australia, your vehicle MUST be thoroughly clean before collection by CEVA (or dropped off at our depot), to pass AQIS inspection. Ensure that all mud, plant material, and insects are removed from your vehicle, checking particularly windscreen-wiper wells, the grill, and under-wheel arches. Your vehicle delivery will be delayed and you will incur additional fines and cleaning costs if your vehicle does not pass inspection. CEVA only allow the standard one (1) spare tyre and the tools that come with the vehicle, provided they are stored and secured in their factory locations. 

For door service bookings, we will make contact the business day prior to arrival. If a time frame is agreed upon and there is no one available to release or accept delivery of the vehicle/s, you will be charged for the costs of sending another transporter including any storage costs we may incur.
