The cost to transport your vehicle/s is based on a standard model of the vehicle you have chosen. It must be drivable with a minimum ground clearance of 120mm and have no modifications or damages. Please make sure you have completed the Vehicle Checklist prior to your movement.
CEVA does not operate on public holidays, if you have selected a public holiday for drop-off or collection, we will do our best to provide a courtesy call to amend the date but CEVA is not responsible if the booking date is not amended. For a list of upcoming public holidays, please click here.
Transit days are estimates only and are based on business days (not including weekend or public holidays). If you require guaranteed delivery times please call our Customer Care Centre on 13 2277 and ask about our CEVA Premium Enclosed Service.
Whilst it is business as usual, some Sydney metro collections and deliveries may be delayed. At all times our focus remains on achieving the ETA as often as possible.
All vehicles must be empty when travelling with CEVA. If you wish to leave personal items in the vehicle please call our Customer Care Centre for our Personal Items Policy and charges or click here for more information.
CEVA only allow the standard one (1) spare tyre and the tools that come with the vehicle, provided they are stored and secured in their factory locations.
For door service bookings, we will make contact the business day prior to arrival. If a time frame is agreed upon and there is no one available to release or accept delivery of the vehicle/s, you will be charged for the costs of sending another transporter including any storage costs we may incur.
